Ingenium focuses on manufacturing high-quality plastic parts that customers can easily integrate into their products. Our aim is to deliver plastic solutions that promote the competitive success of our customers' products in key markets throughout the world.

Ingenium is led by a seasoned executive management team with extensive international experience, strong track records, diverse talents, and a passion for our business.
Kenny Wong
CEO
Kenny Wong brings a diverse business background to Ingenium, driving its expansion. He began his career with Motorola in corporate M&A, overseeing ventures in China, Korea, Japan, and India, before joining Emerson Electric and advancing through sales and marketing leadership roles. Platinum Equity later recruited him to lead Asia Pacific and Japan sales for Artesyn Embedded Technologies, where he played a key role in its sale, delivering substantial returns to investors. After two years with Advanced Energy, he rejoined Platinum Equity as Chief Revenue Officer for Pearl Engineered Solutions and was promoted to CEO in January 2024.
Fluent in five languages (English, Mandarin, Malay, Cantonese, and Taiwanese), Kenny leverages his multicultural background to bridge Eastern and Western markets. He holds an EMBA from Kellogg Northwestern-HKUST and a B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Mississippi, and is a member of the Malaysia Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong.
Chua Keng Hock
COO
Chua Keng Hock is a seasoned general manager with extensive experience in building and refining large scale manufacturing operations. Over the past 25 years, Mr. Chua has played an instrumental role in building Zhuhai Ying Cheng as its General Manager into an industry leader, collaborating closely with key clients such as Apple, Nintendo, Philips, Bosch, and HP to satisfy their product requirements. As COO, he will spread his experience and expertise across all of Ingenium’s manufacturing locations to promote operational excellence. Mr. Chua is a graduate of Singapore Polytechnic in mechanical engineering.
John Au-Yeung
CFO
John Au-Yeung possesses extensive experience in finance, operations, and ERP implementation within the manufacturing sectors across Asia. He has worked with leading multinational companies listed in the US, including Artesyn Technologies, Emerson Electric, Platinum Equity, and Advanced Energy.
John's robust operational expertise enables him to drive efficiency, foster strong collaboration with business and operational leaders, and establish effective controls in critical areas. He is a firm believer in teamwork and operational excellence as key drivers for business growth.
John is an Associate Chartered Management Accountant (ACMA) with the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) in the UK.
